Driver questions

How much will I make?

Company drivers start at $0.75 per mile and go up to $0.80 per mile based on driving record. Teams earn up to $1.00 per mile, split between both drivers. You are guaranteed at least $1,500 every week.

How is the $10,000 sign-on bonus paid?

$2,500 after 90 days, then $2,500 at 6, 9 and 12 months.

How often am I home?

You choose: home weekly, or 3 weeks out and 1 week home.

What will I haul?

Dry van freight. No forced dispatch.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we are pet friendly.

Do you work with owner-operators?

Yes. Owner-operators and lease drivers keep 88% of the load.

What do I need to qualify?

A valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, age 23 or older, a current DOT medical card, and the ability to pass a DOT drug test and Clearinghouse query.

What happens after I apply?

Daniel Milo calls you, usually the same day. If you are a fit, we run your MVR, PSP and Clearinghouse and check your past employers, then get you an offer.
